We now have been living in our new home by Unique Design Homes for over a year. Our experience has been extremely good, and we have not had any issues that couldn’t be addressed by a quick phone call or text to Samodha. This is our 8th brand new home in various states and from various types of builders, so our opinions and impressions are experience-based.

Our home is significantly upgraded in many ways from a standard offerings of normal spec builders:

• Elaborate ceiling treatments

• Unique and decorative light fixtures

• Unique paint colors

• High quality doors and windows

• upgraded HVAC equipment

• High-end materials and impressive finishing on decks and patios

Many of these items are very important for anyone with allergies or compromised health.

Of course, a home from Unique Design Homes may be a bit more expensive than a standard track home, but the difference is small compared to the value received. Samodha pays careful attention to any details that even a custom builder might overlook, such at the location of roof plumbing stacks or exterior wall vents.

After purchasing the home, we had a few special requirements, and Samodha managed the modification projects. He was an effective manager and kept our costs to a minimum.  In the process he became a friend, even though we had never met him prior to purchasing this home.
