First Meeting
This first meeting is for you to get to know us and for us get your ideas on lot selection, budget, home size, design style and your timeline and schedule.
Design Phase
During the design process, we pay close attention to your style preferences, your ultimate goals, and visions along with an estimate of how long to expect your project to be completed. We also take the time to listen to your ideas and vision of your future dream home and offer suggestions to help inspire.
For the floor plan design process we have collaborated with New Ventures in the past and will work with New Ventures or a designer of your preference. During this process, you will benefit from two areas of expertise. New Ventures, who designs hundreds of homes a year paired with Expertise of Unique Design Homes. You’ll be provided with interior and exterior renderings, so you receive the clearest possible view of your future dream home.
Construction
With the design complete, we will get exact estimates from our partners and subcontractors for construction of your dream home and provide you with a final budget and a realistic timeline for the construction. If a plan from a house we have already constructed is used this will be quick, however, for a completely new plan this may take approximately 6 weeks. We’ll provide you with a schedule that gives you confidence in both the delivery date and the outcomes.
Move-in
You will always be informed and will be regularly updated on the construction process. After all of your dreaming and planning, your custom home is ready. Prior to occupancy, a member of Unique Design Homes will walk through your home to be sure everything is in order and answer all of your questions.
